Cancellation and Refund

1. No cancellation charges will be applied if the cancellation is made more than 2 days prior to the check-in date.

2. For cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date, a charge of 100% of the total booking amount will apply. However, if the guest informs us via email before 12:00 noon on the arrival date about the cancellation, a one-night retention fee will be charged.

3. In case of a no-show with no prior communication about the cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.

4. A guaranteed reservation will be held for the guest until 6:00 am on the day following the arrival date, after which it will be treated as a no-show booking.

5. In case of a date change, the existing booking must be cancelled according to the cancellation policy. Reservations for rooms on the new dates will be subject to availability.

6. Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge. For children above 5 years, extra bed charges will apply.
